Zelda van Coller
Optometrist and Owner
Zelda embarked on her journey in optometry, earning her qualification in 2001 from the Rand Afrikaans University in Johannesburg. After gaining valuable experience in private practice, she joined the Stanley & de Kock Optometrists group in 2003. In 2005, fueled by her passion for personalised eye care, Zelda established her practice, where she continues to make a difference today.
Zelda's commitment to excellence earned her a Certificate of Advanced Study in Ocular Disease and Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Application in 2002. Keen to expand her expertise, she delved into the intricacies of paediatric optometry, completing Practical Paediatric and Advanced Paediatric courses in 2012 and 2014, respectively, through the Paediatric Training Academy.
Recognising the importance of staying ahead in the field, Zelda undertook a Comprehensive Diabetes Course in 2013 at the New England College of Optometry in Boston. In 2014, she further honed her skills with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Contact Lenses, specialising in Ocular Physiology and Anterior Segment Disease.
Zelda's extensive knowledge, combined with her warm and friendly approach, ensures that every visit to her practice is not just an appointment but a positive and personalised experience.

With her Optometry degree from the Rand Afrikaans University in Johannesburg, Marlise entered the world of eye care in 2003. Her journey took her through highly successful private practices, where, over 15 years, she honed her skills and gathered a wealth of knowledge. Marlise takes pride in delivering professional service and tailoring solutions for her patients' unique eye care needs.
Marlise's expertise extends to a particular interest in contact lenses, child vision, and the intricacies of treating dry eye diseases. Her enthusiasm for the multifaceted aspects of eye care is matched only by her commitment to staying abreast of the latest research and developments in optometry and attending courses regularly.
